We do not process returns or refunds on our coffees. We are sorry our beans pushed you past your limit! We hope you find a coffee that is within your limits. Happy drinking!
We do accept returns or exchanges on unused merchandise. To process the exchange or return, the item must be sent back unwashed, unworn and arrive before we can send you a new product or process your refund. Please contact us via email to begin the process. info@tothelimitcoffee.ca
Shipping Policy
Shipping is free to all of our coffee drinkers local to Edmonton and surrounding area. When the sun is out, we will deliver your beans in the best way we know how- by bike messenger to your front door!
All other customers that live outside our biking capabilities - shipping fees apply at checkout.
To cut down on waste, we do not wrap our product in plastic on delivery. Please provide us with a safe and clean spot to drop off your beans. Whether it be a mail box, grocery container or anything else that can keep your goods safe and dry! Special instructions can be noted at check out. We will contact you once your beans are delivered so you can rush home and brew them! Cheers!
